After sunset, let's say 10.30pm, it should be better. When I was living there, I don't feel like eating at all during the day and had dinner really late in summer. I remember you have mentioned about having air-con @ your appartment, isn't it? It would be roughly another 2 months of hot hot hot and dry dry dry weather in Sevilla. Take care.
