Paling in 't groen




話咁快就住咗喺Brussels 6個月喇! 
每日上Instagram睇吓本地人去邊度食嘢邊度玩, 
關於食嘅全部都係青口、薯條、朱古力+啤酒... 
遊客嘢我都知啦!
有日突然有張青bb嘅相,重大發現呀!
立即Google個hashtag,原來係鱔呀!
我好愛食鱔㗎,啱我呀! 

Paling in't groen = Eel in green,
Flemish菜,Brussels無的。 
做大輪功課後揀定一間喺小村莊Hoeliaart嘅老字號, 
book晒枱,超期待!

小村莊真係好小,乜都無的 。



到餐廳....
嘩! full house啊!
即係好食啦! 
客人全部講荷蘭文,
平均年齡60+ , 
應該都係本地人掛, 
即係地道啦! 

鱔一上枱.......
哈哈哈哈!

 
我唔識反應啊! 



未食已經聞到同啱啱剪完草一樣“清新”嘅草青味,
食落口....
嘩!  
d鱔仲有好“新鮮”嘅魚味,
完全可以想像到d鱔喺沼澤遊水咁,
正到呢! 

2種腥味加埋一齊真係非同小可!
好多鱔的,好抵食,
驚嚇加極度失望,
 真係吞唔落!
其他人食得好開心喎,即係係咁嘅味啦!
好明顯係我唔識嘢!


受歡迎到有festival的, 
原本仲好興奮咁mark晒日期要去, 
依家.......

有興趣可以整嚟食吓...
